SUMMARY:Terwilliger Tree Planting Event
DESCRIPTION:Cascade Volunteers and Worthy Garden Club are excited to present this volunteer planting event as part of Operation Appleseed’s efforts to plant trees in fire-affected areas of the Willamette National Forest. \n*Advance registration is REQUIRED for this event.* \nDate: April 17 – 18\, 2021 \n\nEvent Schedule: 10 AM – 1 PM\n\nEach morning\, planting volunteers will be divided into 3 crews of 10 upon arrival. Crews will rotate through the following tasks throughout the day: \n\nClearing and Marking\nDigging and Planting\nStaking and Finishing\n\nNo prior experience is required\, and families are welcome to attend! Tools\, PPE (except gloves)\, and refreshments will be provided. Bathrooms are available at the parking area.
